Should there be a practice run?

I strongly believe we should have a emergency pratice run because this would be good as part of self preperation
aAs second part of this is what if severe weather was to hit a certain parts of Maine and New Hampshiire? Each year the hurricane season is a major concern and being more prepared and setup a team of people who wants to take part of it. I'd be the first one to join up.
I'm also a trained certified SKYWARN spotter and radar tech so I'd like to see this happen

WSAE510 I think it is important to be aware of weather. However, I think it is Maine and New Hampshire are pretty safe from hurricanes. We did have some flooding last year. But nothing too concerning. But it is always good to be prepared.

I guess I am not entirely sure what you mean by "Practice Run". Could you please explain?
